The Role

As HR & QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for:

Lead and maintain QA and company audits.

Monitor, report and implement safety standards

Lead and take ownership of staff inductions, reporting, performance management, overseeing WHS, maintaining & updating employee records and updating procedures.

Administer our company’s human resource policies and procedures whilst monitoring workplace practices and environments to ensure that they are consistent with legislative workplace requirements.

Assist the Project Team in procurement and the coordination of Project specifications and requirements.

General administration and office all round duties

The Role Requires:

Minimum 2 years experience in a construction industry

Experience implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO relevant standards

Minimum 3 years experience in preparation and maintenance of quality documentation and records

Being point of contact for external auditors and assessment bodies in dealing with recertification

Experience in conducting and participating in internal and external audits

All round office and administration experience

Experience in taking meeting minutes

Strong written and oral communication skills

Licenses / Qualifications required:

Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources Management, Work Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance

Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
