The Impact You’ll Make
Reporting to a Client Director, you’ll be the conductor who keeps communication seamless and workflows humming—between clients, regulators (ATO, QBCC) and our onshore & offshore teams.
Own the Client Journey – be the trusted first point of contact, gather information proactively and keep every stakeholder in the loop.
Orchestrate Workflow – schedule, allocate and track compliance & advisory jobs so deadlines are hit and surprises eliminated.
Lead Improvement Projects – drive tech roll‑outs, process redesigns and AI automations that lift efficiency and client delight.
Liaise with Regulators – navigate ATO/QBCC interactions, resolve queries and safeguard our reputation for technical excellence.
Fuel Growth – collaborate with marketing & sales on campaigns, proposals and onboarding; maintain task discipline in our CRM.
Lift the Team – mentor admin and offshore colleagues, support recruitment and champion career‑development initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years in a client‑service, practice‑management or workflow‑coordination role within public‑practice accounting.
Proven mastery of scheduling, deadline control and high‑volume communications.
Exceptional written & verbal communication—confident translating technical concepts into plain English.
Project‑management expertise (systems/process redesign, technology implementation).
Experience dealing with regulators and senior stakeholders.
Tech‑savvy—comfortable with Xero Practice Manager, Karbon, Monday.com or similar (bonus points for AI curiosity).
Growth mindset, initiative and the foresight to solve problems before they surface.
