The Role: Client Service Manager
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Manager to support our brokers and provide an exceptional experience to our clients. You’ll be the engine behind the scenes, helping manage loans from application to settlement and building strong relationships along the way.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the lending process
Managing loan application administration, document collection, and lender communication
Providing regular updates to clients and brokers to ensure smooth approvals
Supporting brokers with day-to-day client management and workflow
Working independently while collaborating closely with the wider team
What We’re Looking For
Experience in client service or admin (ideally in mortgage or financial services)
Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Self-driven and able to manage tasks independently
A proactive attitude with a desire to grow professionally — future broker potential welcomed
