We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team.

This position is primarily based at our Northlakes practice, with travel to our Redcliffe practice.

The Role Includes:

Welcoming and greeting patients on arrival

Answer incoming calls

Managing appointment scheduling and reminders

Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS transactions

Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow

Handling all practice administration, including email correspondence

Strong attention to detail

Flexible, reliable, and punctual

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

A cheerful, friendly, and professional manner

Energetic, enthusiastic, and hard-working

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change

Own reliable transport and a current driver’s license
