Australian Pottery Supplies is a growing ceramics-focused business passionate about supporting potters across Australia. Based in Torquay, we offer a unique combination of e-commerce, in-person classes, and industry events. Our small, dedicated team fosters a welcoming and collaborative environment. What You’ll Tackle Daily
This role supports studio and logistics operations and reports to the CEO. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and helping the business scale. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-store
Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders and coordinate courier bookings
Maintain Shopify listings and update website content
Create and schedule social media posts across platforms
Monitor analytics and customer engagement tools
Manage inventory and liaise with suppliers for reorders
Assist with scheduling studio classes and managing staff rosters
Support marketing and promotional materials in Canva or Adobe
Coordinate events, workshops, and in-studio promotions
What You Bring to the Table
Previous customer service or admin experience
Proficiency with Shopify, Excel, and Google Workspace
Competence in Canva or Adobe Suite
Experience with social media content and scheduling
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Interest in ceramics or creative industries is a plus
