About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable and organised Scheduling and Administration Coordinator to join our Mulgrave-based team on a permanent part-time basis (approx. 20–30 hours per week) with the potential for full-time hours for the right candidate. This is a key support role working closely with our operations team to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and clients receive prompt, professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily job scheduling with our Operations Manager
Be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and emails
Provide professional customer support to clients and suppliers
Accurately enter data and maintain job records
Process work orders and purchase orders
General office administration as needed
About You
Prior experience in administration or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and confidence with data entry
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Comfortable using scheduling or job management systems (or quick to learn)
A proactive and positive attitude
