About the role

Join the friendly and vibrant team at Boatshed Market as our Front of House Delicatessen and Retail Supervisor. This full-time role is based in our Cottesloe, Western Australia location and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our delicatessen.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the front-of-house team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations

Monitoring stock levels and placing orders to maintain a well-stocked delicatessen and retail area.

Assisting with the selection, pricing, and merchandising of products.

Providing training and support to the front-of-house team to develop their skills and knowledge.

Ensuring the delicatessen and retail areas are clean, well-presented, and comply with all health and safety regulations.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality or retail industry.

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Sound numeracy skills and experience with cash handling.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
