Mrs Jones, set in the historic Old Butter Factory in the heart of Denmark, is preparing for reopening after more than a year of extensive renovations. As we relaunch, we’re looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join our team. With a focus on quality food, genuine service, and a welcoming atmosphere, we’ll continue serving breakfast and lunch six days a week, along with an occasional dinner service.

FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Consistently and proactively providing customers with a high level of customer service.

Leading and managing the front of house team, enhancing a cohesive and positive workplace.

Driving and inspiring staff to be their best and enhance the customer experience.

Providing feedback, coaching and performance management to the team.

Assisting in developing new ideas and initiatives to streamline our systems.

Maintaining a clean and presentable space.

Being the ‘go to’ person for any problem-solving scenarios.

Ordering and managing stock.

Entering and managing products on the POS system.

Key Requirements:

Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.

Forward thinker and problem solver.

Approachable and has clear communication skills.

Must have an RSA and be willing to obtain Approved Manager card.

2+ years’ experience in hospitality.

Previous experience in a senior role preferred.

Weekend availability.

Knowledge and experience of food service in a café/restaurant environment.
