Retail Supervisor – Full Time (38 hours per week) (For Australian Resident ONLY)

Subway South Hedland have a vacancy for a Full Time Retail Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report to the Store Manager on a regular basis, and you will work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently in accordance with established policy and guidelines.

About the role

As a Retail Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the store is upholding our high standards which lead to us providing a great guest experience every time. You’ll be the reason guests keep coming back!

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of the store

Provide ongoing training to new and existing team members

Monitor stock levels and product wastage

Managing deliveries

Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld with the store

Assist with Staff Rostering

Assist with Developing plans to drive sales and improve customer experience

Skills and Experience (Required)

Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality

Previous leadership experience in a similar role

Great communication skills

Able to work in a team environment

Organizational skills & the ability to efficiently manage tasks

Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (Desirable)
