About the roles

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Floor Supervisor (full time hours) who loves building a great team, delivering exceptional products and service, and genuinely care for the customer experience.

What you bring

Excellent customer focus and passion for hospitality

Positive can-do attitude and approach to all situations

Patience and confidence to lead, mentor and motivate junior staff

Minimum of 3 years of hospitality experience, RSA certification, valid work rights in Australia. Approved Manager's Card is ideal.

Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings and weekends (this role usually has Sundays and Mondays off)
