Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Supervisor (Concrete or Kerbing) to join our civil construction team in Derby, WA. You’ll be responsible for leading a team to deliver quality footpath and crossover works on time and to standard. This role is offered on a 2:1 FIFO roster with immediate start and strong potential for long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate kerbing and concrete crews
• Ensure project timelines, safety, and quality standards are met
• Read and interpret site plans and specifications
• Liaise with project managers and subcontractors
• Lead by example and promote a strong safety culture

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in concrete or kerbing supervision
• White Card and relevant tickets
• Ability to manage crews and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of OH&S practices
• Availability for an ASAP start
