JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the APAC Finance Manager main tasks will include, Management of the creditor's ledger end to end, general finance duties, /admin/ad hoc tasks as required.

the role will be based in our Office located in Kings Park Sydney.

Ideally, we would like an immediate start, but this can extend to accommodate a working notice period for the right candidate.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage accounts inbox

Match invoices to POD photo capture & manage spreadsheet to track missing POD’s

Processing purchase invoices in Ostendo

Resolving invoice discrepancies efficiently

Raise Pos for Contract labour and match to workshop POS

Scan invoices to MYOB

Reconcile supplier accounts with statements

Produce weekly/monthly suggested supplier payment runs

Set up suppliers in Myob

Maintain supplier details and database – archiving old suppliers

· Update weekly cash flow forecast of respective areas of responsibility

Supporting month-end reporting and assisting with process improvements

Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to ensure smooth operations

Absence cover for other areas in the team

Data Entry and any other duties/projects as are reasonable and within the skills and ability of the post-holder.

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS

Ability to process high volume invoices

Good Knowledge of General Office Duties

Knowledge of Myob/Ostendo would be advantagous

Strong Organisational Skills & Attention to detail.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Information Technology Capabilities to include MS Word, Excel.

Able to work well within a team, demonstrate willingness and flexibility as required and to work independently using own knowledge to complete tasks
