Role Summary
We’re looking for a mid-level Marketing Campaign Manager to own and execute performance-driven marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This is not a people-management role — it's a hands-on execution role for someone who thrives in building, optimizing, and managing campaigns while coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and will be responsible for managing active campaigns, ensuring attribution tracking is accurate, reporting on key performance metrics, and driving channel-level strategy with real ownership. You’ll also help grow budgets as performance improves and be a key player in scaling the business.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management
Take full ownership of marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and partnership channels
Work closely with 3rd party agencies for Meta ads, SEO, PR, and affiliate marketing to ensure performance and accountability
Liaise with copywriters and graphic designers to deliver high-impact creative assets
Plan and execute new campaigns (e.g., webinars, conferences, partnerships), working across internal teams
Launch A/B tests, iterate landing pages, improve conversion paths, and refine messaging
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Ensure tracking infrastructure is sound (GA4, Meta Pixel, UTMs, etc.)
Report on ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV and other key KPIs regularly
Build reporting dashboards to monitor real-time and historical performance
Audit campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI
Cross-Team Communication
Act as the bridge between CEO, sales, design, tech, and external vendors
Translate strategy into action across teams and campaign partners
Present results and insights to internal stakeholders in a clear, actionable way
Growth Ownership
Help prioritise and experiment with new growth ideas — from referral programs to funnel automations
Bring insights from marketing data back into the product, sales, and strategy teams
Recommend where to allocate budget based on what's working (and what’s not)
You Might Be a Fit If You:
Have 3–6 years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing roles
Have owned campaigns with meaningful budgets and measured results (ROAS/CAC)
Are deeply hands-on with execution — not just delegating, but doing
Are comfortable working with and managing freelancers, agencies, or external vendors
Have strong communication and coordination skills across technical and creative teams
Know how to use tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot (or similar), Looker Studio, and project tools like Asana or Notion
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with crypto, fintech, or high-value product/services marketing
Built or managed webinars or live events for lead generation
Experience in affiliate marketing or scaling PR from zero
Copywriting or funnel optimisation experience

Location: Melbourne (preferred) or remote within Australia
Start Date: Ideally within the next 4–8 weeks
Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based bonus. Growth-based budget increases available.
