We are seeking a Payroll Support Officer in our People and Culture Team at our Eagle Farm site. We are a small cohesive team that works together to support the company's operational needs.

The role involves:

Supporting the weekly payroll processing, inc. cross checks and reconciliation of our timesheet based workers

Interpretation and ensuring correct application of the various Enterprise Agreements and awards relevant to the operation

Support the onboarding process for new starters and ongoing employee record maintenance (eg. medical reports, training records etc)

General HR letters (eg. Separation Certificates or Statement of Employment etc)

Data Entry for incident and injury reporting

Documenting and rolling out approved Newsletters and Staff notices (including cultural, safety and mental health campaigns), when required

This role will also give you an opportunity to expand your career through a wide exposure of work modalities and Industrial Relations environments.

There is opportunity for further growth and development within the People and Culture functions.

To secure this role it would be advantageous if you can demonstrate:

Previous experience in a HR, payroll or administrative support role

An eye for detail

An interest in the practical application of payroll and HR administrative processes

Great Microsoft skills (inc. word, excel, outlook and publisher beneficial)
