Anthony Zanda Accountants are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team. This role is an integral part of our business and will be the first point of contact for our clients.

Within this position there is scope to progress to a Bookkeeping and Account Manager role should you desire to work towards that. As such we would offer all necessary training and support to help you successfully transition to this role.

Initially you would be responsible for:

Front desk operations including appointment scheduling

Administration support for our team

Communicating with the ATO and other Government agencies

The integral management of office workflow and preparing and collating financial information

Maintaining client records and communication

Social media and office marketing

Operation of Xero Accounting suite, experience favorable but not essential
