Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeper who takes pride in accurate, efficient, and well-organised financial records?
We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our professional and supportive team, helping us maintain smooth day-to-day financial operations across our established healthcare and dental practices.

About the Role
This role will see you managing the day-to-day and monthly bookkeeping tasks that keep our business running efficiently. You’ll work closely with our operations and management team to ensure everything from payroll to reporting is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end accounts payable and receivable

Daily Xero reconciliations

Payroll processing and superannuation compliance

BAS, IAS, and PAYG preparation and lodgement

Month-end financial reporting, budgets, and cash flow management

Processing invoices for contractors and service providers

Reviewing, approving, and exporting timesheets

Liaising with accountants, suppliers, and team members

Maintaining accurate, organised financial records

About You

Diploma in Bookkeeping & Accounting or Certificate IV (essential)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping or finance

Strong Xero skills

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

Must have full Australian working rights

Microsoft Suite - with a strong focus on Excel
