Right Choice Business Services is on the lookout for an experienced and reliable part-time bookkeeper to join our close-knit team on the Gold Coast.

We’re after someone who’s confident working independently, communicates well with all kinds of people, and has proven bookkeeping experience. You’ll be responsible for:

Accounts payable and receivable: from data entry to monthly supplier reconciliations

Bank reconciliations

Assisting with weekly payroll

Invoicing

Maintaining and updating multiple spreadsheets

Intercompany loan account reconciliations

Attending weekly networking meetings

Other general bookkeeping and admin duties as required

What we’re looking for:

Prior bookkeeping experience is essential

Experience using at least one accounting software: Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB

Payroll knowledge is an advantage

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously but also enjoy being part of a great team

Friendly and professional communication skills

Comfortable around people and confident in your skills and knowledge
