We are looking for a passionate, service-driven professional to join UKO as an Assistant Community Manager at our flagship Parramatta building.

UKO is Australia’s fastest-growing co-living and build-to-rent operator. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a hospitality, property, or customer service background who wants to make a genuine impact on how people live and connect.

About the Role

Working alongside a Senior Community Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our 180-unit community. You’ll be the welcoming face for residents and prospective tenants alike—managing rental enquiries, coordinating move-ins, resolving issues, and fostering a warm, inclusive environment that feels like home.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional front-line service to residents and prospects

Support leasing activity: respond to enquiries, conduct tours, assist with applications

Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with care and attention to detail

Handle daily operations including parcel management, key handovers, and admin

Assist with routine building inspections, ingoing/ outgoing reports and maintenance coordination

Support community initiatives and events that bring residents together

About You

Friendly, calm and proactively, you genuinely enjoy helping people

Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills

Experience in hospitality, residential property, or a similar customer-facing role

Highly organised and comfortable managing day-to-day logistics

Available Saturdays, with flexibility to work 4 weekdays

Service-oriented role with consistent hours and no shift work.
