Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a confident and detail-oriented Assistant Strata Manager to join our Central Coast team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career into a fully-fledged Strata Manager position.
The Role
You will be supporting two experienced Strata Managers by assisting with the day-to-day operations of their portfolios. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, timely responses, accurate documentation, and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and notices
Respond to owner and committee enquiries professionally and within timeframe
Liaise with contractors, owners, and committees to arrange repairs and quotes
Prepare work orders and track progress of maintenance
Support the strata managers in organising Annual General Meetings and Committee Meetings
Update strata records, levy information, and ensure compliance with legislation
Attend site inspections or meetings when required
Maintain excellent internal documentation and task follow-up
About You
Previous experience in a strata support or property management admin role preferred
Strong administration, communication, and time management skills
Eager to learn and progress into a strata manager role
Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
High level of attention to detail and accountability
Confident with technology – Microsoft Office, email systems, and strata software
Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain within 3 months)
