The Role

$80,000-95,000 + super

We are currently seeking a residential building manager for a full-time position in Miranda

This role will oversee the buildings financial and operational aspects, working closely with residents, strata committees and strata manager

Responsibilities include:

Manage the day to day operations at the building

Active management of contractors - Work orders/Invoices, key/fob management, assist with site visits

Management of common area facilities and by-law enforcement

Carrying out building inspections reporting on common area and asset operations - simple app solution

Reporting to committee and management to keep everyone in the loop of general happenings on site

Skills Required:

A background in Property Management, Facilities Management or trade services

Minimum 1 year of Residential Building Management Experience

Strong administration skills - General computer skills, Microsoft Office (outlook, excel etc)

Customer Service Skills - People skills are essential for this role

Clear communication both written and verbal
