We’re currently partnering with several established strata agencies across Sydney who are looking to expand their teams. Opportunities are available at Assistant, Strata Manager, Senior Manager, and Team Leader levels.

Current Opportunities:
Inner City / Eastern Suburbs

  • Strata Manager – Up to $130K + Super
  • Senior Strata Manager – $130K–$160K (Total package up to $200K)
    • 4–8 years’ experience | Complex schemes | CA/BMC/defects
  • Strata Manager x2 – $110K–$145K + Super
    • 25 small to medium schemes | Remedial works | By-law compliance


Hills District

  • Strata Manager – $100K + Super + Schedule Bs
    • Residential/Commercial/Community/BMC (approx. 800 lots)
    • 1 RDO/month | Hybrid after 6 months


Western Sydney

  • Assistant Strata Manager – $65K–$85K
    • Support with levy notices, insurance, AGMs, and maintenance coordination


Inner West

  • Strata Manager – $100K–$130K + Super + Schedule Bs (~$20K)
    • 600 lots across 73 schemes | 1 WFH day/week


Sutherland Shire

  • Senior Strata Manager – $105K–$125K + Super
    • 80 buildings (~800 lots) | General maintenance | No BMCs


North Shore

  • Senior Assistant Strata Manager – $80K–$95K + Super
    • Oversee 3 assistants | Step into a managerial path
  • Junior/Assistant Strata Manager – $110K–$120K
    • 60 schemes (~830 lots) | Schedule Bs available | 1+ year experience


Sydney CBD

  • Strata Manager – $120K + Super + Schedule Bs
    • 60 schemes (~1600 lots) | Hybrid: 2 WFH days | Video meetings encouraged
