Purpose of the role:

Zembl has strong and valued partnerships with energy retailers to deliver the best possible service to our customers. This role exists to support the optimisation and growth of these partnerships in close collaboration with Zembl's product, operations and compliance functions. The Partnerships Coordinator ensures that partners and their products meet quality standards, processes run efficiently, and performance metrics are tracked, delivered and enhanced. Ultimately, this position drives business growth by maintaining high-performing partnerships that deliver value to all stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Partnership Relationship Management

Coordinate and support quarterly business reviews with key partners

Deliver data-driven insights to strengthen partnership value

Ensure all partnership rhythms and cadences are maintained effectively

Partner Performance Analytics & Reporting

Develop and maintain partnership KPI dashboards and metrics

Distribute performance reports to relevant stakeholders

Oversee monthly quality assurance reporting and analysis

Extract meaningful insights from partnership data to drive decision making

Partner Product & Pricing Operations

Support SME and Residential pricing and product operations through process implementation and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Collaborate with Zembl's sales and pricing team to identify performance gaps and opportunities within the SME and Residential panel

Work directly with retail partners to uncover growth opportunities and operational improvements

Partner Compliance & Quality Assurance

Assist with quality assurance processes and user acceptance testing

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, retail partners, and QA specialists to enhance sales flows

Focus on maintaining compliance standards while reducing sales friction points

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate is highly organised, a strong communicator and detail oriented. They are effective at building and leveraging relationships and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They thrive in a collaborative environment, possess a process-improvement mindset, and understand the importance of maintaining high standards to drive partnership success.

Specific skill sets include:

Proven experience (2+ years) in a partnership coordination, project support, or business operations role.

Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

Ability to manage calendars, action items, partner records, and internal workflows efficiently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confidence in engaging with partners and internal teams at Zembl

Proficient in Microsoft Office for tracking KPIs and preparing partner dashboards.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes and spot inconsistencies.

Able to assist in documentation, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives
