La Cosmetique is one of Australia's fastest-growing beauty retailers, specialising in premium Korean and Asian skincare brands. With a strong presence both online and across 12+ retail stores nationwide, we are passionate about bringing high-quality beauty brands to Australian consumers.
We are expanding our portfolio of exclusive brand partnerships and are now looking for a proactive, organised, and commercially-minded Brand Partnerships & Marketing Executive to join our head office team.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage and grow assigned beauty brand partnerships — supporting product launches, coordinating marketing campaigns (especially offline), and ensuring a strong relationship between La Cosmetique and global suppliers.
You'll work across B2B and B2C channels and be involved in everything from proposal writing and PO planning, to campaign execution and post-launch reporting.
This is a dynamic, cross-functional role perfect for someone who understands the beauty space, enjoys working with international partners, and is ready to take ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with assigned brands (mainly Korean and Asian beauty)
Coordinate new brand onboarding and go-to-market plans
Create marketing proposals and assist with campaign planning (especially offline retail activations, store launches, sampling programs, etc.)
Liaise with suppliers and in-house teams to ensure timely delivery, marketing approvals, and campaign rollout
Support product launch timelines, PO schedules, and range planning
Prepare performance reports and marketing recaps for internal and external stakeholders
Identify new opportunities for brand growth within our retail and online ecosystem
Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, trade marketing, or account management roles – ideally within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG sector
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Additional languages such as Korean or Mandarin are highly regarded but not essential
Deep interest in or understanding of Asian beauty brands and trends
Experience in retail marketing campaigns (offline preferred – e.g., in-store, BTL activations)
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Confident with proposal decks, product timelines, and reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Canva, Slack, Notion is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred
Must have permanent right to work in Australia
Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) and social media management
Experience in managing campaign budgets and tracking ROI across multiple brand initiatives
