Senior Account Executive – Commercial Insurance
Location: Nedlands, Perth, WA
Salary: Up to $150K + Super (DOE)

The Opportunity

This is your chance to step into a senior commercial broking role with real ownership. You’ll:

• Take over and grow an SME/commercial portfolio, delivering practical, trusted advice on renewals, claims, and risk management
• Use streamlined digital tools and internal expertise to give clients clarity and confidence—making complex insurance feel manageable
• Work directly alongside the leadership team (including CEO/directors), influencing strategy, supporting transitions and helping shore up the senior bench
• Be a go-to mentor or sounding board for more junior brokers as the team navigates an evolving phase of growth

Who You Are

• 5+ years' commercial insurance broking experience, with comfort managing SME/Commercial portfolios
• A trusted advisor—your clients rely on you because you make coverages clear and act before issues escalate
• Tech-enabled—you leverage platforms to streamline service, not just for compliance but to create client ease
• Comfortable in a flat, high-access environment where leadership is reachable and feedback is direct
