Perth Window & Door Replacement Company - WA's largest & most trusted Window & Door Replacment company are seeking a Senior Bookeeper / Business Accountant to help facilitate the continued growth & development of this family owned business.

Overseeing financial operations that also requires a hands approach to direct & assist the administration team in the success of our day to day accounting activities. A strong understanding & execution of payroll & liabilities for 30 - 35 staff. You will be required to provide financial reports weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually. Competent in completing the business BAS & ensuring its compliancies. Take the lead with budgeting, payroll, tax compliance, day-to-day accounting activities and be working alongside the Director and Operations team, supporting sound business decisions through timely and accurate financial information.

Based in Malaga, we have been WA’s leading manufacture, supply & installation of residential and commercial aluminium windows, doors and frames for over 23 years. A family owned and operated business that continues to grow year in, year out and day by day.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce financial accounting and reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Create BAS, IAS, Superannuation and other tax lodgement documents ensuring compliancy

Accounts Payable/Receivable

Payroll for 30 - 35 staff weekly including recording & submitting Superannuation & Leave accurately

Prepare for month-end reports

Merchant reconciliations

Analysis and Cash flow Forecasting

Debtor management and collection

Journal Entries and Accrual accounting

Qualifications:

At least 5 years’ experience as a senior bookkeeper or

3 years as an accredited CPA with Bookkeeping experience and worked within a similar manufacturing business that is of a supply & installation operation

Experience using MYOB, XERO and efficient in Microsoft office

Experience in ERP systems & integration in accounting Software

Schedule:

40 Hour Week
