About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their high-performing team. You’ll step into an established portfolio of clients and get the hands-on support you need to grow and succeed—perfect if you're ready to take the next step in your insurance career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a mid-market portfolio generating approx. $400K in income
• Handle 60–70 client accounts across various industries, with premiums ranging from $500 to $20K
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality, tailored insurance advice
• Identify opportunities to grow the portfolio through cross-selling and new business
• Collaborate with offshore support for admin and processing tasks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures

About You:

• Proven experience in an Account Executive role within the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and markets
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse book of clients with professionalism and care
• Tier 1 qualifications (or equivalent) required
