We’re Pinnacle Insurance Brokers, and we’re looking for a technically solid, commercially minded Account Executive to help manage and grow a high-performing business insurance portfolio. You’ll be joining a small, ambitious team where discipline, reliability, and service excellence aren’t buzzwords; they’re how we do business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t just be “supporting” someone else’s portfolio; you’ll be right in the engine room and trusted to deliver. This is an end-to-end role working closely with our Managing Director and a loyal client base:

Preparing new business quotes and proposals

Managing renewals; declarations, re-marketing and preparing detailed reports

Processing endorsements, issuing Certificates of Currency, and handling policy adjustments

Lodging claims and following up regularly to ensure resolution

Chasing outstanding premiums, processing actual remuneration declarations, and managing premium funding

Keeping things organised, compliant, and client-ready, always

We’ll support you, but we won’t micromanage you. We’re looking for someone who runs towards responsibility, not away from it.

What We’re Looking For

✅ At least 2 years’ insurance broking experience in an Account Executive or Assistant Account Executive role
📜 Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
💻 Proficiency across Office suite and common broking/admin tools
🧠 Detail-driven, highly organised, and calm under pressure
🗣️ Polished communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
⚡ A strong sense of accountability and follow-through
