The Role:
This position is ideal for a CA-qualified accountant with 4-6 years of experience, coming from an Audit or Business Services background. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with operational teams to drive performance across the business.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Business partnering with operational teams to monitor financial performance.
• Supporting capital planning and project evaluations.
• Conducting variance analysis and providing commentary to senior stakeholders.
• Assisting in the development of financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Driving continuous improvement across financial systems and processes.

Experience:

• CA qualified with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Background in audit or business services, ideally with exposure to the resources or industrial sectors.
