What’s the gig?
You’ll be the go-to for a portfolio of our top-tier clients—think freight spend between $500k-$4M. Your job? Keep them happy, solve problems before they even know about them, and find smart ways to grow the account over time. You’re not just a point of contact—you’re a trusted partner who gets sh!t done.
You’ll work closely with our ops team to make sure promises turn into performance, and you’ll be the one asking the right questions when things need tightening.
The role is a mix of:
Relationship management (actual relationships, not just transactional check-ins)
Strategic account planning
Upselling and growing wallet share
Problem-solving like a boss
Collaborating with ops, sales, and leadership to deliver epic customer outcomes
What you need:
Experience in account management or customer success (bonus points for logistics/freight)
High EQ and great instincts with people
You listen, think, then act
You’re cool under pressure and clear in communication
You see gaps and step into them
You care about the little things that matter to clients
You can hold your own in a boardroom with a CEO and then get stuck in with a warehouse manager—because you know real value looks different at every level, and you’re fluent in both.

You’re not above the detail
You take feedback and give it (without being a jerk)
You follow through, every time
You’re proactive, not reactive
You play for the team
The perks:
Base salary $90–$110k + super + juicy bonus structure (OTE $150k+). You’ll work in a brand new, slick office in the heart of Cremorne with a team of high performers.
