We are now seeking a driven and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team and take charge of strategic customer management and business development across our growing portfolio.
About the Role
The Key Account Manager (KAM) plays a critical role in building executive-level relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive engagement, service delivery oversight, and strategic upselling. This position focuses on understanding client portfolios and collaborating with internal subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions that enhance value for our customers and business.
Key Responsibilities
🔵 Customer Delivery & Relationship Management – 50%
Coordinate customer meetings, reporting, and ongoing communication
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key account clients
Advise customers on service delivery enhancements and process improvements
Liaise with Hirotec Operations and HCSC to ensure service compliance
🔴 Sales & Growth – 50%
Identify and convert upsell opportunities with existing clients
Win new contracts and re-negotiate existing agreements
Coordinate proposals and service presentations
Lead tender submission processes where relevant
Who You’ll Work With
Reports To: National Business Development Manager
Collaborates With: Operations Teams, HCSC (Hirotec Customer Support Centre)
What You’ll Bring
Essential
Minimum 10 years’ experience in client liaison and strategic account management
Proven track record in strategic selling with at least 10 years’ experience
Strong business systems and tech literacy to analyse and share insights
Desirable
Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or related field

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
$500,000 in new sales annually
20% increase per annum in existing portfolio (through variations, CPI increases, and contract renewals)
