AnglomOil Australia is a proudly Australian-owned lubricant manufacturer based in Mount Kuring-Gai. We produce premium quality lubricants for a wide range of industries and are known for our reliable service and commitment to excellence.
We are currently seeking a proactive Internal Sales Representative to join our close-knit team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who is organised, sales-focused, positive and ready to take ownership of their work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Internal Sales Duties
· Respond to inbound phone and email sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner
· Prepare and follow up on quotes, pricing, and customer proposals
· Process customer orders, track delivery timelines, and coordinate with logistics
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
· Support the senior sales team with lead generation, sales reporting, and CRM updates
· Upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate
🔹 Administrative Support
· General office duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and record keeping
· Maintain and update customer records in the CRM and ERP systems
· Provide reception relief and customer service support as required
· Coordinate internal communications between departments
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy office or industrial setting.
Strong attention to detail and consistent work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Exposure to ERP systems (QAD preferred, but not essential).
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
A collaborative, can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently.
