Visitor Experience Coordinator

Salary: $91,307.84 per annum

Greater Shepparton Visitor Centre is seeking a knowledgeable tourism professional to coordinate the Centre for a fixed-term period of five months, from August 2025 to 6 January 2026.

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to bridge a career gap, gain valuable experience, or take on a short-term challenge. The successful candidate will hold a formal tertiary qualification in tourism, events management, or a related field, and possess extensive knowledge of tourism principles, destination management, customer service and their application in community and economic development.

Applicants with demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience in project management will be highly regarded. Strong customer service skills are essential, including the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of staff, industry stakeholders, and community groups.
