About the Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality training that ensures our water distribution services field staff are safe, capable, and confident in their roles. You'll design onboarding programs, coach teams, and support ongoing learning aligned to our operational needs and service commitments.
You’ll be based out of Tatura, Shepparton, Rochester or Kerang, with regular travel required to these locations as well as field sites across the region.
What do you need?
Strong technical background in automated rural water systems
Experience designing and delivering training programs
The ability to support staff development and career progression
Excellent communication and coaching skills
High-level document management abilities
