About the Role:
As the Practice Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, exceptional patient care, and the effective utilisation of the clinical team and facilities. You’ll work closely with senior management to drive business success and maintain a supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily running of the practice

Deliver and uphold an outstanding patient experience

Ensure efficient use of clinical time and surgery space

Identify opportunities for growth and implement improvement initiatives.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, rosters, and performance reviews

Oversee financial processes, including banking, reporting, and cost control.

Maintain practice compliance and documentation

Coordinate marketing and patient engagement strategies

Promote team development, morale, and a collaborative culture

Previous dental practice management or senior coordination experience

Leadership qualities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Sound financial management and reporting capabilities
