We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Labour and Plant Coordinator/Scheduler to coordinate our labour crews and plant resources across multiple civil construction projects. This is a critical operations support role that will suit someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Labour Scheduling:

Maintain and update daily and weekly labour schedules across all active projects

Liaise with Project Managers and Supervisors to forecast labour requirements

Coordinate labour hire personnel and track timesheets and site inductions

Maintain compliance with EBA, safety, and qualification requirements

Plant & Equipment Coordination:

Schedule and track internal and external plant movements

Maintain a live register of plant availability, location, utilisation, and servicing status and risk assessments

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for hired plant and breakdown support

Ensure all plant is compliant with servicing and inspection requirements

Administration & Support:

Maintain and update project scheduling software and documentation

Assist with onboarding and pre-start documentation for labour and operators

Support payroll and invoice reconciliation by verifying hours, dockets, and allocation logs

Conduct feasibility studies for cross-hired machines and plant
