Site Supervisor – Structural Refurbishment & Concrete Works

Structum is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor with a strong trade background in concrete, formwork, and structural refurbishment to lead site operations across a range of technically challenging projects. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, managing labour and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of safety and quality, and actively contributing to Structum’s team culture.

You’ll collaborate closely with Management and use our internal systems to plan, resource, and deliver works on time and to specification. A proactive attitude, clear communication, and a readiness to step on the tools when required are essential. This role suits someone who thrives in dynamic environments and takes full ownership of their responsibilities.
