Our team at SSS NSW is growing! We are actively seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the role:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Plan, manage, coordinate, track and run assigned project tasks.

Create and implement scaffold solutions and work plans with the Client onsite

Inspect, sign-off and handover completed scaffolds.

Organise, resource, allocate workers and plant for projects in consultation with the Project Manager and the Operations Coordinator/Labour Allocator.

Assist site employees and subcontractors on site to ensure they work effectively and efficiently to achieve project requirements.

Undertake general labouring and manual handling work as required.

Lead, train, manage and support direct reports to ensure they effectively and efficiently carry out their role and responsibilities.

Conduct safety talks, meetings and walkthroughs on a regular basis.

Complete invoices for designated projects on a regular basis.

Provide regular project reviews and reporting to the Project Manager as required.

About you:

At least 3 years previous experience as a Leading Hand.

Basic computer skills and ability to work with up-to-date technological devices e.g. Tablets.

SafeWork NSW White Card or recognised interstate White Card.

Current Advanced Scaffolding Ticket in state of operation.

First Aid Certificate

Current Class C NSW Drivers Licence.

Sound leadership and staff management skills.

Ability to lead a team of employees and subcontractors and work with all levels of the Company.
