Site Supervisor / Foreman

Edge Construction is a Port Macquarie-based company specialising in commercial, construction, government projects, refurbishments, and fit-outs.

We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to take the lead on commercial and restoration projects in Kempsey to Coffs Harbour.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a carpentry background who can manage trades, drive quality, and run sites confidently and independently.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage trades and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality work

Scope works and plan ahead to meet project milestones

Conduct quality inspections throughout all stages of the build

Maintain accurate site records and daily progress reports

Lead toolbox talks and ensure team compliance with WH&S regulations

Willingness to travel across various sites as required

Work independently and take ownership of tasks

Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders

Strong organisational and time management skills

What You’ll Need

Carpentry trade qualification (or similar building background)

Demonstrated experience supervising construction projects

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

White Card and current driver’s licence

National Police Check (issued within the past 12 months or willingness to obtain one)

Procore experience advantageous
