Title: Site Supervisor – FRP & Public Infrastructure Projects (Career Growth Role)

About the Company:
DM Composites delivers FRP boardwalks, pedestrian bridges, and other composite infrastructure across NSW and VIC. We design, supply and install in-house, with an expanding portfolio of council and Tier 2 builder clients.

The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a motivated site supervisor or tradesperson ready to step into a site management role on our D&C projects. You'll be responsible for driving progress, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Duties:

Oversee day-to-day site activities on composite infrastructure projects

Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and material handling

Complete site diaries, photos, and progress reporting

Enforce QHSE procedures and client compliance requirements

Ensure build matches design/spec and escalate issues when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Experience supervising or leading small construction teams (formal or informal)

Background in civil works, formwork, FRP, marine or infrastructure builds

Ability to interpret plans and follow D&C scopes

White Card and driver’s licence essential

Reliable, proactive, and solutions-driven

Carpentry Skills is prefered
