About the Role:

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee high-end, bespoke residential projects, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship at every stage. This role requires a proven track record in supervising similar architecturally designed homes valued at $3 million and above, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering outstanding results.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interpret construction plans to ensure projects are completed accurately and in line with specifications.
• Set out the site and oversee the quality of carpenters and trades on-site.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and management team.
• Ensure high-quality standards while meeting project deadlines.

Skills & Experience:

• Essential to have proven experience as a Foreman on class 1 residential projects valued at $3 million+.
• Cert IV in Building & Construction (or equivalent experience).
• A carpentry background is highly desirable.
