Our client is a well-established Tier 1 Remedial Building contractor with over 50 years of experience delivering high-quality Residential and Commercial Remedial Building, Façade Upgrade, and Cladding Replacement projects across NSW and QLD.

The Role

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team. This is a permanent position, reporting directly to the Project Manager and Construction Manager. You will begin work immediately on a large 4 storey car park located in Freshwater. Project scope includes joint grouting and concrete repairs, each storey is 10,000 square meters.

To be considered, you must have:

• 4+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor on Joint Grouting and Concrete Repair projects (essential)
• Trade qualification in Carpentry or Waterproofing or similar trade qualification
• Proven experience managing concrete repair and joint grouting projects
• Confident in scheduling daily works for internal teams and subcontractors
• Strong problem-solving skills and site issue resolution
• Ability to lead, supervise, and direct subcontractors
• Clear and professional communicator, able to provide regular updates to management
• White Card
• A strong commitment to safety
