Timeless Smiles dental is an established brand since 2011 and now opening a second location in Castle hill offering dental, skin care and allied health services all at one location.

You will be challenged for:

Handling busy phones with multiple lines

Following frameworks and scripts to follow practice protocol

Making sure dentist's books are fully optimized and follow up appointments are booked

Delivering all aspects of customer service experience from demonstrating people personality, helping and guiding patients about dental problems and solutions, be efficient with payment processes, rebook and follow up for appointments.

Attend local businesses and households for local marketing and promotion on social media.

Availability:

4-5 days per week (Must be available on Tuesday,Wed, Thu)

Must have skillset:

Previous reception experience

Excellent communication skills and phone manners

Efficient scheduling and problem solving

Basic to intermediate skills with photo editing, social media and microsoft office applications.

General cleaning duties

Willing to learn and attend ongoing training
