We are a busy, modern practice located 3 minutes walk from the beach and close to public transport. We provide not only general dental services but treatments that can change our patient's confidence and life. Our Front Desk Role

We are looking for a full time receptionist to work a rotating four day week roster 8am to 6pm with no weekend work. Our business hours are Monday to Friday. This person will,

• Thrive on delivering the best customer service and be our first and last impressions of our practice
• Effectively multi-task within a busy environment
• Manage day to day administrative tasks
• Manage our appointment book for smooth flowing days for the team
• Work with our clinical team for best patient experiences
• Communicate clearly and have fun in a supportive team environment
• Open for growth in the role
• Work within a front desk team, managed by the practice manager.

Requirements

• Previous reception and customer service experience a must
• Excellent communication skills that is both professional yet warm
• Proficient with computers and a willingness to learn platforms and software we use day to day.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Show a high attention to detail
