Now, they’re seeking a well-presented, proactive and personable Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face and driving force behind the front desk experience.
About the Role
This is more than your average reception gig—this is a pivotal, multi-faceted position where no two days feel the same. You’ll work closely with the Principal Dentist and support a small but dynamic team to keep everything running like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient check-in/out with warmth and professionalism
Answering phones, emails and managing appointment bookings
Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently
Handling payments, HiCAPS, Medicare CDBS claims
Overseeing recalls, scheduling, and follow-ups
Supporting marketing activities (e.g., liaising with external media teams)
Collaborating on business development initiatives
Optional: light assistance with sterilisation if required
You’ll be working 4.5–5 days per week alongside a part-time receptionist, so initiative and the ability to run the desk solo are essential.

Prior dental reception experience (minimum 2 years)
