🦷 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a blended role with opportunities to contribute both at reception and in the clinical space. Your responsibilities may include:

At Reception:

Greeting and assisting patients warmly

Answering phones and managing bookings

Processing payments and handling patient records

Ensuring smooth front desk operations

As a Dental Assistant:

Supporting dentists chairside during procedures

Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising equipment

Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for

Maintaining high standards of infection control

We’ll provide training where needed—you’ll grow your confidence and capability with us.

Experience in customer service, admin, or dental assisting is ideal

Warm, friendly communicator who loves helping people

Organised, reliable, and eager to be part of a high-performing team

Must be available to work across Blacktown and Toongabbie

Full-time Role & Part Time Roles Available (minimum 3 days)
