We provide our customers with unique experience.

Your Role as a Secrets Business Development Leader:

Lead & Inspire – Coach and elevate your team to success across 2 stores.

Own the Results – Drive sales and performance with strategic planning.

Deliver Luxury – Create unforgettable experiences for every customer.

Grow Your Business – Build a loyal client base and run your store like it’s your own. Rebuild and Grow

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of proven sales leadership experience (and you love smashing KPIs)

A track record of team development and business growth

A passion for premium customer service

Charisma, communication, and confidence that lights up the room

High attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro

Bonus: Tertiary education and retail operations experience
