The role

Sway Curtains is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development professional to join our team in our Moore Park, NSW showroom. As a full-time Business Development specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and revenue growth for our innovative company.

Key responsibilities

Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within your designated market sector

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to win new clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Prepare and deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations

Collaborate closely with the broader sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts and campaigns

Accurately forecast and report on sales pipeline and revenue targets

Support the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools

What we're looking for

Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the design & archectiture industry

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Ability to think strategically and identify innovative sales approaches

Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Proficient in using CRM and sales enablement technologies

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
