Description

Key responsibilities may include:

• Provide advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and review of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and on boarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Contribute to workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations where necessary.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and tracking.
• Provide HR reporting and analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Profile

• Proven experience in a HR Advisor or Generalist role.
• Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation.
