Description
Key responsibilities may include:
- Provide advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and review of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and on boarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Contribute to workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations where necessary.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and tracking.
- Provide HR reporting and analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Profile
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a HR Advisor or Generalist role.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
