What You’ll Be Doing:

• Guest Experience Guru: Make sure every guest walks away with a smile! Whether they’re here for a birthday party, a family outing, or a casual date night, you’ll ensure everyone has a blast.

• Business Development: Work with the management team to create growth in the business—whether that’s through corporate events, school programs, local partnerships, birthday parties or group bookings.

• Promoting the experience: Partner with the Noosa Hills team to promote events, build social media buzz, and develop community outreach programs that increase visibility and drive foot traffic.

• Take ownership: You’ll be able to solve problems, and make decisions on the fly without constant oversight, allowing you to drive success and maintain the smooth flow of operations.
