ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for an experienced Wok Chef to join the team. Using your expertise and the finest seasonal ingredients you’ll be executing a fun and vibrant “Aussie Chinese” menu whilst assisting the Head Chef to ensure the smooth flow of kitchen operations across busy lunch or dinner service.

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrated experience specialising in Asian cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ensuring high attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Experience working with a gas wok and excellent knife skills
• Available to work across a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
• Deep understanding and appreciation of traditional Asian culinary techniques
• Sound knowledge of HACCP requirements.
